Risk-reducing Orders and Strategies:
Clients are encouraged to use risk-reducing orders and strategies, such as stop-loss orders, to manage potential losses. TrendTitanFX provides signals for informational purposes only, and clients should exercise their own judgment when executing trades.

Guaranteed:
We do not guarantee profits or specific outcomes from using our forex signals. Market conditions can change rapidly, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

DISCLAIMER & WARRANTIES:
TrendTitanFX disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided in our signals. Clients use our services at their own risk.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
All purchases are non-refundable, except in the limited cases below.

What this covers: VIP memberships (Gold, Forex, Combo and Swing VIP, on monthly, 6-month and lifetime plans) are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. The Trade Copier is a one-time payment. Algo Monthly renews automatically every month until cancelled; Algo Lifetime is a one-time payment.

When we give a refund: we will review a refund if you paid twice for the same purchase, if you were charged by mistake or for the wrong amount, or if your payment went through but you never received access, even after contacting our support team and giving us reasonable time to fix it. Every request must be reviewed and approved by our team.

How to ask: message @ttf_support on Telegram with the email address you used on Whop, the payment date and the amount.

How refunds are paid: approved refunds are made through Whop to your original payment method, usually within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank and payment provider.

Cancelling Algo Monthly: cancel the automatic renewal at any time from your Whop dashboard, or ask @ttf_support to cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future charges; payments already made are not refunded.

All content, including signals, logos, and other intellectual property provided by TrendTitanFX, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

GUARANTEES:
TrendTitanFX does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the signals provided. Clients acknowledge that market conditions can be unpredictable, and losses may occur.

COVERING LOSSES:
TrendTitanFX does not cover client losses. Clients are responsible for their trading decisions and should have adequate risk management strategies in place.

SIGNAL DELIVERY:
Signal delivery methods may vary, and clients are responsible for ensuring they receive signals promptly. TrendTitanFX is not liable for any delays or technical issues affecting signal delivery.

MODIFICATIONS:
TrendTitanFX reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
